This special process ensures that transactions with used software licences are carried out in accordance with the conditions of the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
Our goal is to prove through external certification as a ‘TÜVIT Trusted Process’ that we strictly adhere to the ECJ conditions in our business operations with used software licences. On 13 May 2024, our process was tested and audited by TÜV Informationstechnik GmbH (TÜVIT).
